仏教徒なら今日、甘茶でお祝いすることが大事なんですがねえ？
最近はキリスト教のクリスマスに負けてる！
南部鉄器マンが小さい頃お寺さんで稚児行列があり参加させられたのですが
なんだか「嫌」で泣いてエスケープした記憶があります。
さて、今日から北九州市小倉の井筒屋さん
本館8階で第3回「技・匠の職人展」が4月14日迄開催されます。
弊社は現代の名工佐藤勝久作の作品を専門に販売します。
本日掲載の写真は 鉄瓶 亀甲霰1.5ℓ
使い始めは簡単に濯いで2回程、煮沸消毒をしてください。
ガスでもIHヒーターでもOKです。
3回目からは水道水を8分目まで入れてガスなら中火でゆっくり沸かします。
沸騰したら弱火にしてトータルで10分程度グツグツ沸かします。
IHの場合は「弱」で10分程度沸かします。
その後、沸いたお白湯はポットへ移しポットから白湯、コーヒー・お茶等を召し上がってください。
空になった鉄瓶は蓋をとり余熱で乾かします。
以上が原則です。
① 水道水をゆっくり沸かす
② 沸いたら全量ポットに移す
③ 鉄瓶の蓋を取り余熱で乾かす
以上が簡単な取扱いの基本です
